Shipping and Handling Information
Our standard shipping box holds these combinations: 6 small retail/gift packs; 3 large retail/gift packs; 2 large + 2 small retail/gift packs; 1 bulk pack
We ship FedEx 2 day delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure temperature stability of the pasta during transit (rates are indicated in your shopping cart).
A tracking number will be emailed to you advising you when your order has shipped.
Fresh and frozen pasta products are perishable. Plan to be at home or have someone available to refrigerate your package upon the first delivery attempt.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of order date. Orders received after 8 am on Wednesday won’t ship until the following Monday.
Please verify the accuracy of your physical address. We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
We only ship within the continental United States.
Money order and check orders will be shipped once your Money Order or check has cleared.
Return and Damaged Merchandise Policy
Please inspect your package and contents upon arrival for damaged merchandise. CALL OR EMAIL US ON THE SAME DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT to report any damage.
Returns are infeasible due to the perishability of our products. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will act to resolve problems. Your feedback assists us in preventing re-occurring dilemmas.
Unfortunately, FedEx is unable to accept responsibility for delays due to weather or other natural unforeseen causes, which restricts us from the ability to refund shipping costs incurred in those instances.
